Return Policy

SleepLabs provides a warranty for foam sagging (greater than 25% of thickness of the product) or manufacturing defects on standard products, subject to a case-by-case evaluation. Customised orders are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

If you encounter any issues, you can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product by sending an email to care@thesleeplabs.com. Please include image and video evidence of the unboxing process, emphasising any manufacturing defects, and attach a copy of the invoice.
