The mattress would be replaced in case of manufacturing defect like torn fabric or broken zip within 10 days and would be repaired in case of foam sagging more than 30% of the actual thickness of the mattress. The cost and responsibility of logistics to and fro from the customer's pickup location to SleepLab's manufacturing centre would be borne by the customer.
